Meredith B. Pekarske, MS, RDN, LDN

I believe healthy eating should be both delicious and enjoyable. As a coach, my goal is to empower clients to have fun in making food and beverage choices that are healthy and that provide them energy throughout the day. Connecting with the food we enjoy supports our positive wellbeing!

My Story

I have always had a passion for helping people and an interest in wellness, particularly nutrition and the impact food and beverages can have on a person’s health and wellbeing. After completing my Dietetic Internship and Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, I started my work at Emory University Hospital in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. I have worked with women across all life stages and from many different backgrounds.  This experience has enabled me to see there are other factors in addition to diet that can impact an individual’s health and wellbeing.

A wholistic approach to nutrition looks many factors such as: diet, life stage, sleep quality, active movement, stress, social factors, and culture.   All of these factors play a role in the balance of nutrition and wellness. As no two people are alike and as these factors change over time, I carefully consider the whole person when providing nutritional coaching. My favorite part about my work is helping people create sustainable lifestyle changes while taking their fears out of healthy eating.
